Joseph Cooper, J.D.
Joseph Cooper is an honor graduate of McGeorge School of Law of the University of Pacific, 1969. Joseph Cooper is the founder of Joseph Cooper Personal Injury Law Office, which was established in 1970. Joseph Cooper passed the California Bar on his first attempt, and has been practicing law continuously in Sacramento, California since 1970.
Joseph Cooper is admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court, and all state courts throughout California, and the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of California. Former Professor of Law Northwestern California University. The American Bar Association, and former Chairman of the Tort and Insurance Section. Judge Pro Tem with settlement conferences for the Sacramento Superior Court; Arbitrator for Sacramento County Superior Court. Member of the Board of Directors of Consumer Attorneys of California. The California State Bar, The American Bar Association, and The Association of Trial Lawyers. Certified by California Consumer Attorneys Association in Personal Injury and Product Liability. Member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, now American Association of Justice. Member of the American Back Society.
