We represent all of our clients on a contingency fee basis, which means, we do not charge our clients any attorney’s fees or request reimbursement of costs unless and until we obtain a financial recovery for you.
ATTORNEY’S FEES
The amount of attorney’s fees we charge are not set by law, but is negotiable between the parties. Our attorney’s fees percentages are very competitive, and we generally are not undersold by any other office. Attorney fee percentages are set on a case by case basis after reviewing the facts of your case. The attorney’s fees will never be more than the amount the client recovers.
STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS AND TIMED ACTIONS
We are unable to protect your rights to any Statute of Limitations or other time limitations within which you are required to take legal action to protect your rights until you formerly become a client of our office by signing a retainer agreement, and both you and our office have a copy of the retainer agreement.
