At Joseph Cooper Personal Injury Law Office we are large enough to get any job done for you that we undertake, and small enough to demonstrate our care and concern to you on a personal level. At our office you will be represented by an attorney, not a “case manger”. Each attorney has legal assistants and secretaries to back him or her up so that there will always be someone in the office to answer your questions when you call. Our office policy provides that we return all calls the same business day that the client calls us, or the next business day. If you do not get a call the next business day after you call, please contact Joseph Cooper, President, and he will personally respond to your call.

To enable our staff to be available to focus on your cases, we devote 100% to our time to representing clients and their families in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death cases caused by the negligence of others. We have been focusing exclusively on Personal Injury and Wrongful Death cases since 1985. We only represent Plaintiffs. We do not represent Defendants and their insurance companies.
